Adeola Adesoba

Her Story

Adeola is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment whose work uniquely blends STEM leadership, community development, and sport-for-social change. As a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, she has championed women in STEM through mentoring, community partnerships, and advocacy across global networks such as Women in Data Science and Rewriting the Code.

Beyond her technical work, she has driven meaningful impact in the sport-for-development sector—serving as Chair of the Commonwealth Youth Sport for Development and Peace Network and founding the Initiative for Development Through Sport to promote gender equity, education, and youth wellbeing.

In her role as Events & Social Impact Leader at Mothers to Daughters, Adeola works closely with the Founder to lead end-to-end event planning, manage strategic partnerships, and elevate the organization’s social presence. Guided by a strong belief in the power of connection, mentorship, and collective action, she is committed to scaling Mothers to Daughters’ impact as it deepens its work with UN programming and global gender equity campaigns—helping women and girls thrive, lead, and build communities grounded in hope, purpose, and possibility.
